PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core metal-less seal having high sealing performance even under a low temperature condition. SOLUTION: The core metal-less seal 11 consists of only an elastic annular member 12. Outer diameter dimension B of the core metal-less seal 11 is dimension adding interference 2A taking thermal shrinkage into account to an inner diameter dimension C of an outer member. Since the annular member 12 shrinks in a direction indicated by an arrow W under a low temperature condition, outer diameter dimension of the core metal-less seal 11 reduces from B to B'. The outer diameter dimension B, however, is provided with the interference A taking thermal shrinkage into account beforehand, the core metal-less seal 11 includes interference A' in the outer diameter B' even after shrinkage.
