PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controlled release tablet for oral administration, which gives a sustained therapeutic effect to a relatively insoluble medicine. SOLUTION: A controlled release tablet for oral administration, comprising an immediate release tablet core containing acetaminophen and opioid, and a coating film formed on the core and comprising a hydrophobic material selected from cellulose polymer, acrylate or methacrylate polymer or copolymer, aliphatic alcohols and their mixtures, and cured at about 60°C in a relative humidity of 60 to 100% for≥48 hours.
