PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify structure for preventing the slacking of the center of a delivered sheet-like material to reduce a manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: Suction wheels 10A, 10E out of five suction wheels 10A to 10E are kept to be attached to support members, and the remaining suction wheels are removed from the support members. Three air blow boxes 80A to 80C are attached to the support member from which the suction wheels are removed. A plurality of discharge ports 87A, 87B discharging air to the outside in a width direction of fed paper sheets and a lot of nozzles 88 discharging air upward are disposed to the air blow boxes 80A to 80C.
