PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carton box which can be used as a goods-delivery box many times and can be closed without using an adhesive tape and can be opened easily. SOLUTION: In the carton box provided with a front plate, a back plate, a left side plate, a right side plate, a bottom plate and a top plate, wherein the box can be opened and closed freely with the top plate by providing the top plate rotatably and continuously to the back plate and a piled piece overlapping the inner surface of the front plate is extended at the front edge of the top plate and the piled piece is piled on the inner surface of the front plate to make the top plate closing state, a flap which can be folded inside by providing a slit is provided at the front plate and an inserting opening, in which the flap is inserted, is provided at the piled piece so that the top plate can be maintained in a closing state by engaging the flap and the piled piece. Further the inserting opening has the same shape with the outer shape of the flap and the virtual tangents at each both end of the two ends of the slit are on the same straight line.
