PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head-swinging razor capable of facilitating the flow of a shaving aid, water or a cut object by expanding a space at the edge of a blade body in the direction Y of extension between a shaving head and the head 2 of a holder. SOLUTION: The head 2 of the holder of the razor has support arms 3 for supporting the shaving head with the blade body on both sides of the edge of the blade body in the direction Y of extension in such a way that the head can swing, and a pusher 4 for pressing the shaving head as the head swings. Each support arm 3 has an outer arm part 9 for supporting a support part disposed in the shaving head for the shaving head to rotate in the direction of swinging of the shaving head. The pusher 4 has outer arm parts 11 on both sides of the edge of the blade body in the direction Y of extension for pressing a pressure-contact part disposed in the shaving head. The outer arm part 9 of the support arm 3 and the outer arm part 11 of the pusher 4 are disposed on both sides of the edge of the blade body in the direction Y of extension so that both outer arm parts 11 of the pusher 4 are disposed in an area demarcated by the outer arm parts 9 of both support arms 9 in the direction Z orthogonally crossing a flat plane H including the direction X of pressing of the pusher 4.
