PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and efficiently evaluate an anti-wrinkle effect of a substance to be tested in human skin. SOLUTION: In the human skin, a barrier function of a horny layer is degraded so that a transepidermal water loss (TEWL) may become 1.5 to 20 times of the primary percutaneous moisture transpiration, and the substance to be tested is applied to the skin.
