PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple cup holder capable of stably grasping a cup-shaped container, being efficiently produced and being inexpensively obtained. SOLUTION: The cup holder comprises: an annular flange-state plate part 1 formed of one sheet of heat-insulation sheet material and fitted to the oblique side face c1 of a cup-shaped container C; and pieces 2a and 2a for grasping which is connected to its inner periphery 1a. The flange-state plate part 1 is divided from an inner plate part 2 with cuttings 4 and 4 formed along the inner periphery with connection parts 3 and 3 remaining at mutually opposing sections, and the inner plate part 2 is divided into a plurality of parts connected with the respective connection parts 3 and 3 to form the pieces 2a and 2a connected in a foldable manner.
