The dust cover has in two opposite sides (8) openings (3) with lip-like seals through which the operator can access the machine inside. The cover which has a transparent top (6) has an opening for connecting to a conventional vacuum cleaner (5). The sides of the cover each comprise a frame covered by two panels of flexible dust-tight material so that the overlapping panels form a slit. Conventional working torches can be fitted into holders provided in one or more side faces.
