The device has an insulated wire (5) e.g. copper or silver wire, arranged between two glass panels (2, 7) of a glass structure e.g. windshield, where an electrical device e.g. camera device, is attached to the structure. The structure has a polyvinyl butyral adhesive film (3) enclosed by the panels, and a carrier foil (4) affixed on the film to carry the wire. An inductive coupling unit is provided for inductively coupling the wire with the electrical device, and another coupling unit is provided for coupling and decoupling electrical signals and electric power into and from the wire.
