A corporate RBT(RingBack Tone) service system and a method thereof are provided to supply an announcement RBT corresponding to an enterprise when a sender connects a call to the enterprise, thus enterprise publicity is given within a range that call charges are not applied. An RBT server stores data transmitted from a management server and plural user servers, and waits for a call signal connection from a public exchange(S1). When a call signal is connected to the RBT server(S2), an extension number received from a sender is searched(S3) to decide on existence of the extension number(S4). When a call is connected with a user, a CID(Caller Identification) is stored in a user server while a CID pop-up window is displayed(S5). As soon as the call connection is attempted, it is decided whether the first RBT is outputted(S6). If so, the first RBT is outputted as soon as the call connection is attempted(S7). The second RBT set by the user is outputted during call waiting time(S10).
