A pixel circuit of an organic electro-luminescent display device is provided to increase an aperture ratio of the display device by removing a light emitting control line from the display device. A pixel circuit of an organic electro-luminescent display device includes an organic EL(Electro-Luminescent) display element(OLED), a pixel driver(10), and a diode(M5'). A cathode electrode of the organic EL display element is connected to a reference voltage line. The organic EL display element emits light at a predetermined brightness according to a driving current. The pixel driver is connected to a data line, a previous scan line, a present scan line, and a source voltage line. The pixel driver applies the driving current to the organic EL display element corresponding to a data voltage, which is applied on the data line. The diode is connected between the pixel driver and the organic EL display element. The diode controls the driving current according to a level state of the reference voltage.
