PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of treatment of vinyl chloride-based resin products by which the scope of applications of vinyl chloride-based resins recovered from vinyl chloride-based resin wastes is significantly expanded by recycling rigid vinyl chloride-based resin products not just as rigid vinyl chloride-based resin products but also as soft vinyl chloride-based resin products. SOLUTION: The method of treatment of vinyl chloride-based resin products comprises a dissolving step to obtain vinyl chloride-based resin solutions by dissolving the soluble components in rigid vinyl chloride-based resin products using a solvent dissolving vinyl chloride-based resins, a soft vinyl chloride-based resin product-addition step to add soft vinyl chloride-based resin products containing plasticizers to the vinyl chloride-based resin solutions and a precipitation step to precipitate vinyl chloride-based resins from the vinyl chloride-based resin solutions.
