PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit device which realizes reduction of a circuit area and high efficiency in designing by internally storing adjustment data to be mainly set by a user without depending on an external component.

SOLUTION: The integrated circuit device 10 includes first-N-th circuit blocks (N is integer of 2 or more) CB1-CBN arranged along the long side of the integrated circuit device. One of the first-N-th circuit blocks CB1-CBN is a logic circuit block LB, and another one is a programmable ROM block 20 in which at least a part of data to be stored can be programmed by a user. The logic circuit block LB and the programmable ROM block 20 are arranged adjacently along a first direction D1. At least a part of information stored in the programmable ROM block 20 is supplied to the logic circuit block LB.
