PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and surely mount, lock, and remove an aircraft seat onto/from a rail. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a base part (10) and a slider (11). The base part (10) has a means (16) for connecting to a seat and at least one downward projection part (20) that is composed so as to fit to one of wide passage parts (6) but not to move in the longitudinal direction at a narrow passage part (7) and prevents longitudinal movement. The slider has a projection part (36) with a side tongue-shaped part (37). The slider slides between a mounting position and a locking position to the base part in a state that the projection part is fitted to the rail. The device is also provided with an operation lever (12) connected to the base part and the slider like a joint. At least either of the joint-like connections is achieved by a shaft (43) sliding in an elongated slot (32) and movable between an opened position and a closed position.
