PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable one interface unit to change air-conditioning machine data, IO, AD device data, and the emergency shutdown device data of a fire alarm, or the like to transmission data to a control unit efficiently by the number of pieces of connection equipment and the order of priority. SOLUTION: The interface unit comprises a priority level determination means 7 for transmitting the priority order level for each equipment stored in a memory means 8, and data request command data; a management that transmits and receives data between the control unit 3, an IO unit, the AD device 14, and the emergency shutdown device 4, such as the fire alarm, and manages the number of data request commands required within fixed time to each equipment by a command from the priority level detection means; and a transmission/reception device 6 for transmitting request data to the control unit.
