PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of easily constructing a secure ad hoc network while eliminating the need of access from each device to an authentication station. SOLUTION: The secure network constructing system includes one or more devices constituting an ad hoc network, the authentication station for authenticating the devices, and a mobile terminal which communicates with the authentication station, sets necessary information to the one or more devices and controls them. The authentication station issues a unique network certificate to the network and generates a device certificate certifying a device every time an optional device participates in the network and signs the generated device certificate with the network certificate and transmits the device certificate to the mobile terminal.
