PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for measuring a position attitude capable of measuring a position attitude of an object to be measured with a light load without reducing resolution in a temporal axis direction. SOLUTION: In a HMD 100, a plurality of self-luminous type markers 1011, 1012 are integrally fixed, and the marker 1011 belongs to a marker set 1021 and the marker 1012 belongs to a marker set 1022. A luminescence controller unit 120 causes a self-luminous type marker belonging to a specific marker emit. A position attitude instrumentation device 130 controls, when it is difficult to sense a position attitude of the marker set emitting, switching of objective marker sets by controlling the device 120 to cause other marker set emit.
