PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a masonry method according to which curing work for preventing a net cage from being deformed etc. when throwing stones in the same, is streamlined, to thereby shorten a construction period and reduce construction costs, and to provide a tool for use in masonry. SOLUTION: The masonry method is carried out by throwing stones in the net cage 20, and constructing masonry, and composed of a step of arranging a frame body 11 which substantially takes up the entire area of the interior 22 of the net cage 20 and has upper and lower surfaces opened, in the interior 22 of the net cage 20, a step of filling the stones 30 inside the frame body 11, and a step of removing the frame body 11 form the net cage 20.
