PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feeding cassette and information processing equipment preventing occurrence of skew at low cost. SOLUTION: In the paper feeding cassette, stacked paper sheets are housed in a paper sheet housing space 21 of a cassette body 22, and pick-up roller of a paper sheet mechanism feeds out the paper sheets to a paper sheet carrying mechanism in an ink-jet printer from the uppermost paper sheet of stacked paper sheets in sequence and one by one. A rear end guide mechanism 38 positioning a rear end position of the stacked paper sheets housed in the space is provided with a paper sheet presser member 43 applying a pressing load to the uppermost paper sheet near a rear end of the paper sheets.
