PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a cleaning characteristic of a blade member, which cleans a head surface, over a long period of time. SOLUTION: The blade member 41 is disposed in a movement path through which it moves from a position opposed to the head surface 26a to an away position. The blade member 41 has a blade cleaning mechanism 60 having a blade cleaning belt 63 which performs cleaning by sliding during movement. A feeding operation in one direction of the blade cleaning belt 63 is performed merely in one-way movement of the blade member 41 by a one-way clutch bearing 68 provided on a drive shaft 66.
