It is intended to provide a novel aptamer/probe complex for detecting the presence of a target molecule, a method for detecting the presence of a target molecule using the aptamer/probe complex and a reagent for the detection. The invention relates to an aptamer/probe complex for detecting the presence of a target molecule, comprising two types of oligonucleotide molecules which are prepared by dividing an aptamer region, which can bind to an indicating protein and change the property of the protein, by cutting it into at least two pieces and adding a nucleotide sequence of an aptamer which binds to the target molecule to one of them and adding a complementary nucleotide sequence of a part of the aptamer which binds to the target molecule to the other, a method for detecting the presence of a target molecule using the complex and a reagent for the detection. According to the invention, a novel technique for detecting a target molecule in which an aptamer binding to almost all the target molecules can be applied can be provided.
