<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a contents continuous viewing system which facilitates the continuous view from a portable terminal to other contents reproducers. <P>SOLUTION: A portable terminal 100 holds the identification information and the reproducing position of a specified viewed content. Upon receipt of a continuous reproduction request from a user; the terminal 100 asks a specific contents storing area in contents server terminals A, B (200a, 200b), and instructs a contents reproducing terminal 300 to designate the information on the storing area and the continuous reproduction.
