<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a taste-improving agent capable of moderating the difficulty of drinking a beverage filled in a container, without damaging the flavor of the same, and the beverage improved with the taste and filled in the container. <P>SOLUTION: This taste-improving agent contains hyaluronic acid or its salt. The hyaluronic acid, an extract from chicken crests as its salt or those obtained from a microorganism-fermenting method are used. The beverage filled in the container is obtained by filling the beverage containing the taste-improving agent in the container.
