ARTIFICIAL PROTEIN COMPLEX AND USE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an artificial protein complex that is controllably oriented and fixed to a solid-phase carrier.

SOLUTION: In the artificial protein complex, two polypeptides which are each provided with anα-helix part and an N-terminal peptide chain and/or a C-terminal peptide chain adjacent to theαhelix part have cyclic structures in which dimmers associated at eachαhelix parts are arranged annularly and tag parts that exhibit covalent or non-covalent interaction are dominantly arranged have mount at each one end side part of the cyclic structures.
