<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve burden on a patient, to facilitate a measurement work, and to raise precision in measurement concerning the measurement of biological information by a dye-dilution curve. <P>SOLUTION: The dilution curve of a dye which is administered to blood is obtained by a pulsing dye dilution method, so as to calculate AUC (area under curve) based on the dilution curve.
