<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately simulate the Bauschinger effect even at a high distortion region by a method for simulating the relationship between the stress and distortion of a material continuously so that the Bauschinger effect of the material can be expressed, by approximating the relationship between the stress and distortion of the material with a composite curing model, and at the same time using a breakdown function for defining the breakdown curved surface of the material with the plastic distortion of the material as a variable and back force being defined by a back stress function with plastic distortion coefficients C and H as a variable. SOLUTION: In a simulation method, a material is loaded in a pull direction for plastic deformation and then the load is gradually released. Further, the material is loaded in an opposite direction for plastic deformation, at the same time an experimental value on the relationship between the stress and distortion of the material is acquired as a plurality of discrete values in the meantime (S1), and the coefficients C and H are set to variables being defined by a coefficient function with plastic distortion as a variable, and at the same time the coefficient function is identified based on a plurality of acquired experimental values (S2).</p> |
