摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a molding method of the helical guide plate of a drop shaft, or a vacuum injection molding method capable of materializing surface smoothness while ensuring a necessary thickness, and to provide the molding method which restrains the vaporization of styrene in the manufacturing with consideration for the worker and the environment and brings forth high stability of the product without the need for skilled craftsmen. SOLUTION: The molding die 1, which makes part of the helical guide passage one molded body and which has the guide passage forming face 11 of a helical shape and the joining piece forming face 12 made to be a curved surface corresponding to the inside diameter of the vertical pipe, is used. This molding die 1 is topped with the sheet-like reinforcing fiber material 2 provided with the slits 21, and the reinforcing fiber material 2 is successively overlaid with the releasing sheet 3 to enhance the releasability of the molded product and the resin spreading net 4 to promote the spreading of the injected resin. The upper die 5 is placed on these, and the molding part is formed by air-tightly covering with the bag film 6.
