PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time for adjustment by dispensing with repeating the adjustment when positioning an optical pickup at prescribed positions on the inner periphery side and the outer periphery side of a disk in order for adjusting the heights of one end and the other end of a sub shaft. SOLUTION: In order to guide the optical pickup 2 in a radial direction, a main shaft 31 and the sub shaft 22 are provided. A adjustment holding part 21 for adjusting inclination of the sub shaft 22 to a base 1 is fixed to the base by a first supporting point (supporting part 1n), a second supporting point (adjustment screw 23) and a third supporting point (adjustment screw 24). When the optical pickup 2 is positioned at an end on the inner periphery side of the optical disk, a bearing part 2c of the optical pickup 2 is positioned on a straight line connecting the first and second supporting points. When the optical pickup 2 is positioned at an end of the outer periphery side of the optical disk, the bearing part 2c of the optical pickup 2 is positioned on a straight line connecting the first and third supporting points.
