PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling prevention device, easy in machining an orifice, capable of being easily added to a hydraulic circuit of an anti-lock brake system. SOLUTION: The anti-lock brake system includes a brake pedal 30; a master cylinder 32 operated by operation of the brake pedal 30; the hydraulic circuit 33 for receiving an oil pressure from the master cylinder 32 and provided in a modulator block; a control part for controlling the hydraulic circuit 33; and a wheel cylinder 38 transmitted with the oil pressure controlled in the hydraulic circuit 33. The system further includes a solenoid valve 34 installed between the master cylinder 32 and the hydraulic circuit 33; and a relief valve 35 arranged in parallel to the solenoid valve 34 and formed with a by-pass 36b on an outer diameter part of a valve seat 36.
