PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a lithographic printing plate for color printing which suppresses occurrence of a transfer fault of ink caused by that an ink component printed on the preceding cylinder is transferred from a paper on blankets of the second cylinder and after that, and makes it possible to form a high-quality color image, in color printing. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method, an image is formed by means of an FM screen on each lithographic printing plate except the plate for the final cylinder in a printing machine, out of the lithographic printing plates for printing a plurality of hues, and the image is formed by means of an AM screen only on the lithographic printing plate for the final cylinder of the printing machine.
