PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clarify wastewater by stirring muddy water and a flocculant efficiently and forming an agglomerated particle effectively. SOLUTION: A muddy water treatment apparatus is provided with a stirring tank 4 stirring the muddy water containing the flocculant, a stirring pump 14 sucking in the muddy water and spraying in the stirring tank 4, an ejector mechanism 16 supplying innumerable air bubbles to the muddy water sprayed from the stirring pump 14, and a rectifying material 17 carrying out a flow separation of the flow of the muddy water sprayed from the stirring pump 14 into both sides. The rectifying material 17 provides a first inclined plane 17a and a second inclined plane 17b on both sides of a projection 17A, and zones the interior of the stirring tank 4 into a first stirring chamber 4A making low along the first inclined plane 17a and a second stirring chamber 4B making flow along the second inclined plane 17b. The stirring tank 4 supplies the muddy water to the first stirring chamber 4A to discharge from the second stirring chamber 4B to the outside. The muddy water and the flocculant are stirred by the stirring pump 14, and the air bubbles are sprayed to the stirred muddy water with the ejector mechanism 16. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
