The invention relates to a connection device (1) for the plug-in connection of at least one media line (14), said connection device consisting of a housing part (2) comprising at least one receiving opening (4) for inserting a plug-in section (6) that is connected, or can be connected to, the line (14), and a clamping ring (8) that is arranged in the receiving opening (4) and co-operates with an inner cone (16) of the housing part (2) in order to block the plug-in section (6). The housing part (2) is embodied as two elements, that is a base element (18) and an insertion element (20) which is detachably connected to the base element in a form-fitting manner by means of a catch connection (22), and comprises the inner cone (16) for the clamping ring (8). The catch connection (22) holding the insertion part (20) in a detachable manner is formed by a C-shaped spring clip (24) that is arranged on the base part (18) in such a way that it can be manually detached from the outside and radially engages in a peripheral catch groove (30) of the insertion element (20), through an opening (28) of the base element (18), by means of at least one catch projection (26),.
