A mobile communication terminal and a method for informing double watching of a broadcast program thereof are provided to enable a control unit to output a watching history about the broadcast program to a display unit according as an ID code included in received broadcast information is compared with the ID code of a memory unit, thereby preventing a user from unnecessarily re-watching and easily identifying a watched broadcast program by receiving a watching history. A mobile communication terminal(100) comprises the followings: a transceiving unit(110) which receives broadcast information including an ID code for identifying a broadcast program from a broadcast management server(200); a memory unit(140) in which at least one ID code for identifying a watched broadcast program is prestored; a display unit(130) which displays the broadcast program; and a control unit(120) which outputs a watching history about the broadcast program to the display unit(130) according as the ID code included in the received broadcast information is compared with the ID code of the memory unit(140).
