<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device capable of improving a convenience at a time when a desired parameter set is selected from a plurality of the parameter sets when the parameter sets are called, and capable of easily confirming the set contents of the registered parameter sets when the parameter sets are registered and a projector. <P>SOLUTION: When the parameter set during a current use is overwritten on an identifier, on which other parameters are registered previously, in the image display device; a control unit reads the parameter set made to correspond to the temporarily selected identifier from a storage section.
