<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an object in a cabin from being thrown out of a vehicle when the vehicle travels on a rough road. <P>SOLUTION: The opening/closing body controller receives the result of monitoring of the state of a forward road surface from a road surface state monitoring device (102).
