PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductive roll on which toner is hardly deposited, resulting in not hindering the movement of the toner due to electrostatic force. SOLUTION: The semiconductive roll has a toner carrier. At least the outermost layer of the toner carrier is formed with resin or rubber, which includes the resin or rubber having at least a chlorine atom, and further which includes titanium oxide at the rate of 3-60 mass part with respect to the resin or rubber having the chlorine atom of 100 mass part.
