PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner having superior low-temperature fixing properties and storage stability, for forming an image having good image density without causing fogging even when the toner is used for a long-term after resting under the high-temperature and low-humidity environment. SOLUTION: The toner contains at least a binder resin, crystalline polyester and one or more kinds of release agents, wherein the melting point (Tm1 [°C]) of at least one kind of the release agent and the melting point (Tm2 [°C]) of the crystalline polyester satisfy the relation of formula (1):Tm1≤Tm2+10 [°C], and the amount of moisture adsorption on the toner at relative water vapor pressure 90% is≤0.30 mass%, based on mass of the toner.
