PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein the accurate formation of a spot group in a chip is very difficult to be investigated, in a DNA chip manufacturing device of spraying various kinds of reaction liquids as a micro liquid drop, from a micro-fine nozzle opening, so as to be drawn matrix-arrayedly as the precise spot group on a chip. SOLUTION: In the DNA chip manufacturing device, an inspection pattern is drawn separately in a prescribed position excepting a drawing area on the chip where the spot group is drawn, by the reaction liquids and a nozzle.
