PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform route search in consideration of the fact that a traffic state is different corresponding to each lane even on the same road. SOLUTION: This navigation device performs route search by using link cost (link traveling time) classified in each lane. For example, the navigation device searches for a route wherein the total cost to a destination becomes minimum by using link data wherein the cost in each lane of a link constituting a road on a map is determined.
