PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel spiro structural compound useful in the asymmetric catalyst reaction and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The spiro isooxazoline-isooxazole derivative and its optically active isomer have a spiro ring skeleton represented by formula (1) (wherein m and n are each an integer of 0-3, and R1, R2, and R3are the same or different and selected from hydrogen, a 1-4C alkyl group, a 2-4C alkenyl group, a substituted or nonsubstituted aralkyl group, and a substituted or nonsubstituted aryl group), and their manufacturing methods are disclosed.
