PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately install the position of a jack under an article to be mounted even in a small space by concentrating a force to the upper end of the jack and adjust the lift amount and the speed of the jack according to working conditions. SOLUTION: This hydraulic jack device comprises: a lift means having X-shaped beams 21a, 21b, 21c and lifting a support part 30 rotatably connected to the upper part of the X-shaped beam 21c; a fluid pumping means having a main hydraulic cylinder 210 sucking an oil stored in an oil tank 110 mounted on the inside of a base frame 100 and pumping it to the outside and a piston 220; and a transmission means for pumping having a transmission control part installed on the outside of the fluid pumping means and controlling stepwise the increasing speed of the lift means by adjusting the pumping amount of the oil and a piston hydraulic pressure releasing pedal 252 for pumping a small amount of oil by releasing a hydraulic pressure applied to the piston 220 by the transmission control part.
