PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shrink label designed so that a heat shrinkable film shrinks for the coupon or the like to be uniformly brought into close contact with the surface of a container without substantially being shrunk even if a coupon or the like is disposed on the internal face of the shrink label. SOLUTION: The shrink label is formed from the heat shrinkable film shrunk by the application of heat so as to come into close contact with the external surface of the container. A coupon 12 or the like formed from a film that does not substantially shrink by the application of heat is peelably stuck to part of the internal face of the heat shrinkable film in the direction of the circumference of the film.
