PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection/maintenance time warning device for a vehicle capable of sufficiently making a user of the vehicle recognize an inspection/maintenance execution time by alerting at a suitable timing. SOLUTION: In a warning control part (8), traveling distance detection data and passing period detection data from a traveling distance detection part (2) and a passing period detection part (4) are inputted and these detection data are compared with a warning period of each inspection/maintenance stored in an inspection/maintenance content memory part (6).
