PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To curtail a period for developing an apparatus, to reduce costs, and to improve work efficiency. SOLUTION: In a trial manufacture process, a mold for molding each resin component is selected on the basis of apparatus setting. The mold using steel etc., which is applicable to mass production is selected, and the first cavity insert using aluminum is manufactured. When it is necessary to refine a molded resin component, the first cavity insert is worked and corrected (steps 100-106). When each resin component is studied and a shape for mass production is determined, the second cavity insert using steel is manufactured on the basis of the first cavity insert and set in the mold (step 108). A period from the trial manufacture process to a mass production process can be curtailed, a mold manufacturing cost can be suppressed, and working efficiency can be improved when the mass production mold is manufactured.
