PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertically movable table, wherein switching operation is easy in spite of a simple structure, a top plate is smoothly elevated/lowered, and elevated/lowered without moving back and forth. SOLUTION: The vertically movable table comprises: a base frame 1 with a pair of right and left supporters 2 arranged in the rear part; an elevating/lowering base frame 7 attached so as to be freely vertically movable along the supporters 2; and the top plate 4 pivotally supported to the elevating/lowering base frame 7 so as to be rotatable around a horizontal center of axle. Top plate posture holding mechanisms A incline the top plate 4 from a horizontal state to a vertical state. The vertically movable table includes operation means F capable of selectively operating holding mechanisms H and the top plate posture holding mechanisms A by using each operation lever 50.
