The invention relates to bioengineering. The inventive method for producing a Rhoder biopreparation used for removing oil and petroleum products from water, soils and oil sludges consists in preparing and selecting the most active R-form strains Rhodococcus ruber BKM Ac-1513D and Rhodococcus erythropolis BKM Ac-1514D, in separately cultivating strains included into the preparation on the liquid nutrient solution of a basic mineral composition by adding organic nitrogen and carbon, in continuing the cultivation of the strains in a common ferment on a nutrient solution containing glucose in the form of a carbon source, in subsequently concentrating and stabilising the cultural liquid and in carrying out a non-obligatory drying of the thus obtained product.
