<p>The utility model relates to a coke discharging apparatus of coke oven, especially a coke pusher of a horizontal carbonization chamber. The two-end coke chute collecting apparatus includes a driving mechanism, a repairing operation platform, a coke hopper, a guard board, a slide chute and a safeguard rail. The slide chute and the repairing operation platform are fixed together. The driving mechanism is mounted on the repairing operation platform. The slide chute is moved back and forth by the driving mechanism. The guard board is on the top of the slide chute and the hopper is at the bottom of the slide chute. When the slide chute moves forward, it passes through the safeguard rail and gets to the place where the two-end coke located. When the slide chute moves backward, the two-end coke will be scraped to the hopper by the guard board. There is an exit at the bottom of the hopper. The exit is opened regularly by a hydraulic system and the two-end coke is dropped into a collector. The apparatus allows a safeguard rail fitted on the machine side. Therefore the operation is complied with the security act and the need for safety production is satisfied. At the same time, the two-end coke is disposed and facility abrasion is decreased.</p> |
