A functional promenade of an apartment complex is provided to let residents control exercise volume scientifically and maintain their health conveniently by widening a sphere of activity to a green zone and equipping a walking course and a jogging course. The functional promenade of an apartment complex comprises: a walking course(10) formed on a green zone to circle round an apartment complex, extended along a slope area(11) continuously and placed on a high elevated area having a fine view as a final course(12) and equipped with well-being boards to indicate the weight decrement per distance or hour and the calorie consumption by exercises types; and a jogging course(30) formed on a green zone to circle round an apartment complex in addition to the walking course or in the same course as the walking course or to pass through the walking course, extended along a slope area(31) and placed on a high elevated area having a fine view as a final course(32) and equipped with a well-being board to indicate the weight decrement per distance or hour and the calorie consumption by exercises types. The well-being boards of the walking course and the jogging course enable to be indicated by many LED lights to guide users' eyes and to distinguish easily at night.
