<p>The invention relates to drying engineering, in particular to a bulk material dryer for convectively drying bulk materials, in particular grains. The inventive dryer comprises a drying chamber (1) consisting of decks (4, 5) which are arranged one above the other in a stage manner and are provided with openings for transferring a material to the lower deck, a central shaft which passes through the decks and is provided with bladed agitators (6, 7) fixed thereto and arranged above the deck bottom and a heat supplying system. The material transfer openings are alternately arranged near the deck peripheral and central parts and the agitator blades are positioned in such a way that they move the material along circular tracks which have equal surface areas and are used for modifying the volume shape of the dryable material portions and for additionally stirring the layers of the material.</p> |
