An apparatus for controlling a storage temperature of a refrigerator is provided to improve storage efficiency of the refrigerator and reliability of products by repeating an operation which increased a temperature to a reference storage temperature after lowering the storage temperature to the reference storage temperature. An apparatus for controlling a storage temperature of a refrigerator includes a key input unit(41), a temperature sensor(16) and a control unit(30). The key input unit receives a normal storage mode or a long storage mode from a user. The temperature sensor detects a temperature of a storage room. If the long storage mode is inputted, the control unit controls the storage temperature so that the temperature of the storage room is repeatedly increased or lowered between a normal storage temperature of the normal storage mode and a long storage temperature which is set lower than the normal storage temperature.
